Delivery

We post orders across the UK and all over the world. We will not charge you for postage on orders worth £60 within the UK and over £140 for overseas

Here are our prices for postage and packaging, along with our estimated arrival times. Timings are based on stock being available when you place your order and you placing your order by 2pm on any given day.

For the UK

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order, we will offer you a refund or exchange without delay.

Simply call or email us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will get the ball rolling.

Note that we will ask that you return the item to us unused. Please post it to our head office in London with your proof of purchase. We suggest you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery because proof of your delivery is not proof of our receipt.

Once we have received your returned item, we will refund the full cost of the product. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the delivery cost incurred by Royal Mail.

If your order is damaged in any way, please call or email us within 5 days of receiving the order. We will ask you to send us an email showing your proof of purchase and a photo of the damage. Once we have received your returned item, we will send you a replacement of the item or a full refund including the cost of return postage.

For reasons of hygiene, we can not accept returns for opened cosmetic items.
